From the moment I walked into the salon everything was absolutely lovely!!! Kari is a very talented color expert and took extra time to go over my concerns and wants since it was my first appointment. The associates were very professional and friendly. The head massage after a shampoo is the icing on the cake!!! Can’t wait until my next appointment.

I Adore my time with Lucy and her colleagues at DL Lowry, they are Best in Class hair/head artisans and care professionals this side West of Venus. Vibrant energy, smarts, enthusiasm, humor and sharing are what I have enjoyed here on my haircare journey. The salon's reception area and general layout are really cool. Noisy or not, light or on the move; well choreographed. All good for me! Lucy's Assistant Brooklyn recently added more depth and imagination to our team I really like, and are nice to be with. It's always been a pleasure, and just plain fun to daydream with Lucy about growing long hair...The facility, layout, pop, and energy here are awesome. I find it's the People here that are the bedrock of this place. How the hand(s) of experience has crafted, nurtured and created this cool place

I very pleased to meet Vanessa! She met me in the lobby area and talked to me about what my expectations would be, what style, any thoughts, etc. I was really impressed. Next, one of the other staff washed my hair prior to my actual appointment with Vanessa. That person was excellent! She did a great hair wash, then provided me with a head, neck, and shoulder massage... Wonderful! Then I was ready for Vanessa! Vanessa talked to me about the style she proposed. I liked it; so, she continued with the cut and style. One of my concerns was "hairspray". I'm OK with some, but not a lot. She was very conscientious of this and once finished "asked me" if I'd like a light spray of hairspray. Of course, that would be perfect! I love her personality and the fact she was so thoughtful about wanting to please me. Going forward, I've booked every week with her because I feel very fortunate to have found such a great person and stylist and I love my new style.
